This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Clarity Hub (“Mind Clarity Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit mindclarityhub.com (the “Site”) and when you interact with our content, emails, forms, and affiliate links.
This Policy is designed to comply with GDPR/UK-GDPR, CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), UCPA (Utah), and other applicable privacy laws. If any portion conflicts with a specific law that gives you greater protection, that law controls.

- Payment/retail partners (e.g., ClickBank, Amazon)—we do not receive your full payment card details from them.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data unless required and consented to (e.g., precise geolocation). We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 (see Children’s Privacy).

- Opt-out of “Sale” or “Sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (we don’t intentionally process SPI beyond what’s necessary for basic operations).
- No discrimination for exercising rights.

C. Virginia / Colorado / Connecticut / Utah
Residents may have rights similar to CPRA:
- Confirm processing and access.
- Delete.
- Correct (where applicable).
- Opt-out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling.
- Appeal a rights request decision within the timeframe required by law.

11) Third-Party Links & Affiliates
Our Site includes links to third-party websites and affiliate offers (e.g., ClickBank, Amazon). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or making purchases.
Amazon Associates: “As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.”
ClickBank: ClickBank is the retailer of certain products; their privacy/terms apply to those purchases.
12) Email Marketing & Communications
- You may receive emails if you opt in or request resources.
- You can unsubscribe at any time via the email footer or by contacting us.
- We may send transactional/service emails (e.g., policy updates) even if you opt out of marketing.
13) Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
