InterviewReady AI Career Kit 2026

InterviewReady job search tracker, core guide, and action workbook preview

InterviewReady – instant download

Turn your own experience into interview answers you can defend.

The Core Guide’s 12 chapters take you from decoding one job description to a STAR+ answer you can deliver in 90 seconds, with 50-60% of that time spent on what you actually decided. The 61-page Action Workbook is where you write them: 12 story planners, 10 core answer builders, 3 mock scorecards, one blank page each.

Is this you?

  • You have interviews coming and no system

You are re-reading the job description, half-writing answers in a notes app, and rehearsing the same two stories because they are the only ones you can remember under pressure.

  • Your evidence is real but unformed

The work happened. What is missing is the sentence that separates what the team achieved from what you personally decided, which is the sentence an interviewer is listening for.

  • Something in your history needs explaining

A gap, a layoff, a short tenure, a career change or being overqualified. Chapter 8 is 261 words on exactly that, and the workbook has a Difficult Background Planner page.

Who this is not for

  • Not for: Anyone who wants the answers written for them

The AI Prompt Vault opens with a section called Safe-use instructions, and its Prompt Improvement Checklist exists to keep your evidence yours. A generated answer you cannot defend under one follow-up question is worse than no answer.

  • Not for: Anyone expecting an interview or an offer

This is preparation material. It does not apply for roles, contact recruiters, review your resume, or have any influence on a hiring decision, and nothing here suggests otherwise.

  • Not for: Anyone who wants software or coaching

Five PDFs and one spreadsheet. No app, no login, no subscription, no calls booked, and no human reviewing your answers – you score them yourself against the rubric in chapter 5.

Saying this plainly costs a few sales. It saves the refunds and the wasted evenings that come with the alternative, and I would rather you closed this page than spent $47 on the wrong thing.

Every chapter, by its real name

These are the actual chapter names in the actual order, taken from the PDF that ships. Each one ends in an exercise with an output you can check.

  1. Chapter 1. Understand the 2026 Interview

Replace outdated interview myths with a realistic model of how employers evaluate candidates now.

  2. Chapter 2. Choose a Clear Target

Stop preparing for every possible job and build a focused message for the role you actually want.

  3. Chapter 3. Decode the Job Description

Translate a long posting into a short interview preparation map.

  4. Chapter 4. Build Your Evidence Bank

Turn real work, school, volunteer, freelance, and life experience into credible proof.

  5. Chapter 5. Master the STAR+ Answer Engine

Build answers that are structured enough to follow but natural enough to believe.

  6. Chapter 6. Answer the Questions That Decide Interviews

Prepare flexible frameworks for the questions most likely to change the hiring decision.

  7. Chapter 7. Prepare for Video and AI-Assisted Interviews

Perform clearly when the first interviewer may be a camera, structured platform, or automated system.

  8. Chapter 8. Handle Difficult Background Questions

Address gaps, limited experience, job changes, termination, overqualification, and other concerns without panic or overexplaining.

  9. Chapter 9. Adapt to Role-Specific Interviews

Use the same preparation system across functional, leadership, customer-facing, remote, and technical roles.

  10. Chapter 10. Deliver Answers with Confidence

Control nerves, pace, clarity, and presence without trying to become a different personality.

  11. Chapter 11. Ask Better Questions and Close Strongly

Turn the final minutes into evidence of judgment, curiosity, and genuine interest.

  12. Chapter 12. Follow Up and Negotiate the Offer

Maintain momentum after the interview and evaluate an offer without losing professionalism.

One chapter, in full, before you pay

This is chapter 5 of 12, reproduced from pages 11 and 12 of the Core Guide PDF you would download. If the level of detail here is not what you want, you now know that without spending anything – and if it is all you needed, take it and go.

Chapter 5 of 12: Master the STAR+ Answer Engine

What it is for: Build answers that are structured enough to follow but natural enough to believe.

The 90-second map

  • 0-15 seconds – context and goal.
  • 15-65 seconds – two to four actions emphasizing decisions and ownership.
  • 65-80 seconds – result with evidence.
  • 80-90 seconds – learning or relevance.

The filled answer printed in the kit

Question. Tell me about a time you had to manage competing priorities.

Situation. During month-end reporting, two leaders requested urgent analyses on the same afternoon while the normal report was due the next morning.

Task. I needed to protect the reporting deadline while deciding which request had the greatest immediate business impact.

Action. I clarified the decision each leader needed to make, estimated effort, proposed a staged plan, completed the time-sensitive risk summary first, delegated a defined data-cleaning task, and reserved a final review block for the scheduled report.

Result. Both leaders received what they needed before their meetings, and the monthly report was delivered on time with no corrections. The staged approach later became our standard urgent-request process.

Reflection. I learned to prioritize by decision impact and deadline consequence, not by who asks first.

What the chapter then asks you to do

  1. Convert eight examples into STAR+ maps
  2. Record each answer once without notes
  3. Cut answers longer than two minutes unless complexity requires it
  4. Create a five-word label for every story

The filled answer above is the example printed in the kit. Nobody said it, no one is quoted, and no hiring outcome is claimed for it.

The risk sits on my side

You have 60 days. If you work through the first exercise and it is not what you needed, ClickBank refunds you directly under their standard policy. You do not need my approval, you do not owe me a reason, and you keep the files.

That is longer than it takes to read everything on this page, which is the point: decide after you have used it, not before. Refund requests go to ClickBank because ClickBank took the payment, and your receipt email is the fastest way to find the order.

Questions people ask before buying

Is this software, a course or a subscription?

None of them. It is a one-time $47 download: five PDFs, one Excel workbook and a short START HERE text file that tells you which order to read them in. Nothing to install, nothing to log in to, and no recurring charge.

Does it write my answers for me?

No, and it is built not to. The prompt vault’s job is to interrogate your own evidence – the first section in it is called Safe-use instructions, and the last is a Prompt Improvement Checklist. Every answer that comes out of the kit is one you can defend line by line, because you wrote it.

How is it delivered?

ClickBank takes the payment and emails a receipt linking to the download page. Every file is there individually and as one ZIP, and the receipt is a permanent way back to it.

What appears on my card statement?

A charge in ClickBank’s name rather than mine, because ClickBank is the retailer of record. The exact descriptor is printed on your receipt email and on the download page, so you can match it to the line on your statement.

What if it is not right for me?

You have 60 days and ClickBank refunds you directly under their standard policy – no approval from me, no reason required, and you keep the files. Refund requests go to ClickBank because ClickBank took the payment.

Will this get me a job?

No, and any page that says otherwise is one to close. Hiring depends on the role, the market, the other candidates and a decision made in a room you are not in. What this kit changes is whether the evidence you bring is specific, structured and yours.

I am changing careers with limited direct experience. Is it still useful?

Chapter 4 is written for exactly that. Its evidence list includes class projects, volunteer work, caregiving coordination, freelance work and process improvements in service, warehouse, retail or support roles, and the exercise is to list 25 such moments and keep the strongest 12.

Who wrote it, and can I reach a person?

Jeremy Jarvis wrote it. Product questions come to me at intreadysupport@mindclarityhub.com or through the support page linked at the bottom of this page; billing, receipts and refunds are handled by ClickBank.

Billing and refunds are ClickBank’s, not mine

ClickBank is the retailer for this purchase, so the charge appears in their name and the exact statement descriptor is printed on your receipt email and on the download page. Refund requests inside the 60-day window go to ClickBank directly.
