FocusFix: The Emotional Clarity Kit for Real-World Distraction Killers

FocusFix – instant download

Name the feeling that ends your work sessions – in three rows, tonight.

Module 1 asks you to replay the last 60 seconds of your last three abandoned work sessions and write, for each one, the feeling in exactly one word, where it sat in your body, and the first escape move you made. The word or the body location that repeats is your quitting trigger. The other 13 modules are built to catch that specific moment.

Is this you?

  • You quit by choice and cannot say why

You sit down meaning to work, leave within the hour without anyone interrupting you, and the only explanation you have afterwards is "I got distracted".

  • The tools already failed

Timers, site blockers, stricter schedules and harsher self-talk held for a few days each. They act on the exit – the phone, the tab, the snack – and leave the thing that sends you there untouched.

  • There is a deadline attached

You are a working professional or a student, and the sessions you lose belong to a report, a thesis, a client or an exam that has a date on it.

Who this is not for

  • Not for: Anyone looking for treatment

This is not medical or psychological care. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD, depression, anxiety or any clinical condition, and if that is the question in front of you, a clinician is a better place for the $39.

  • Not for: Anyone who wants software

There is no app, no login, no subscription and nothing to install. It is five PDFs and one spreadsheet you download and keep.

  • Not for: Anyone who wants to read rather than write

Every module ends in an exercise with a checkable output. If the pages stay blank the kit does nothing, and no amount of reading substitutes for the three rows in module 1.

Saying this plainly costs a few sales. It saves the refunds and the wasted evenings that come with the alternative, and I would rather you closed this page than spent $39 on the wrong thing.

Every module, by its real name

These are the actual module names in the actual order, taken from the PDF that ships. Each one ends in an exercise with an output you can check.

  1. Module 1. Why You Can't Focus: The Hidden Role of Emotion

Every abandoned work session has a final minute, and something happens in it before your hand reaches for your phone.

  2. Module 2. Identify Your Focus Kryptonite: A Self-Assessment

Module 1 left you with an uncomfortable fact: the distraction is not the problem, the feeling underneath it is.

  3. Module 3. The 5-Minute Daily Focus Journal

This module builds the instrument the rest of the kit reads from: a one-page daily log with three fixed prompts β€” what I avoided, what I felt, what I did next β€” filled in during the five minutes before bed.

  4. Module 4. The 5-Minute Emotional Reset for Focus

This is the first hands-on tool in the kit, and it is deliberately small: five minutes, three moves, run immediately before a work block where you expect resistance.

  5. Module 5. The 3-Step Focus Trigger: How to Start When You Don't Want To

A Focus Trigger is a short, fixed script you run to begin a task: the same physical cue, the same trivially small first action, the same timer length, every time.

  6. Module 6. When You're Overwhelmed: The 10-Minute Focus Rescue

Overwhelm is not a long to-do list; it is the feeling of everything shouting at once.

  7. Module 7. Focus and the Fear of Failure: Rewriting Your Inner Script

Somewhere in the hour after a flop β€” the skipped study session, the abandoned draft, the exam that went sideways β€” you say a sentence to yourself.

  8. Module 8. Focus and the Fear of Perfection: Letting Go of the Need to Be Perfect

Perfectionism is the fear script from the last module wearing better clothes.

  9. Module 9. Focus on the Right Things: Prioritization for Real People

Your task list is not a list; it is a crowd.

  10. Module 10. Focus Like a Pro: How to Build a Distraction-Proof Environment

Everything until now has been internal: the reset, the kryptonite list, the start trigger.

  11. Module 11. Focus in the Digital Age: How to Cut the Noise

Your phone is not a distraction machine; it is an emotion-relief machine you carry everywhere.

  12. Module 12. Focus and Flow: How to Get Into the Zone

Flow is not a switch you flip; it is a ramp you walk up.

  13. Module 13. Focus Fatigue: How to Recharge Your Brain Without Burnout

By this point in the kit you can start focus sessions on demand, and that creates a problem you've never had before: you can now empty your tank completely, every day.

  14. Module 14. Focus for the Long Run: Building a Sustainable Focus Habit

Fourteen modules in, you own a parts bin.

Also included, and not listed on the order form

You are told about 14 modules and you receive 14 plus these 4. A buyer should get more than the page promised, not less.

One module, in full, before you pay

This is module 1 of 14, reproduced from the PDF you would download. If the level of detail here is not what you want, you now know that without spending anything – and if it is all you needed, take it and go.

Module 1 of 14: Why You Can't Focus: The Hidden Role of Emotion

What you end up holding: A written page of three rows β€” your last three voluntarily abandoned work sessions, each labeled with a one-word feeling, its body location, and your escape move β€” with the repeating trigger circled.

The steps (first 5 of 9)

  1. Grab a pen and paper or open a blank note, and rule it into three rows labeled Session 1, Session 2, Session 3.
  2. Write down your last three abandoned work or study sessions β€” ones where you quit before the planned end by your own choice β€” with the task, the day, and the approximate time for each.
  3. Replay Session 1 like footage: close your eyes and reconstruct the final 60 seconds β€” where you were sitting, what was on the screen, the last sentence, cell, or slide you looked at before leaving.
  4. Name the feeling from that minute in exactly one word, choosing from dread, boredom, shame, resentment, anxiety, restlessness, or overwhelm β€” or supply your own single word.
  5. Write where that feeling sat in your body in two to four words: tight chest, hot face, clenched jaw, heavy eyes, knotted stomach, raised shoulders.

How you know it worked

  • My three rows each contain a one-word feeling, a body location, and an escape move β€” none of them say 'I got distracted' or 'I lost motivation.'
  • At least one word or body location repeats across rows, and I have circled it.
  • For at least one session, I can name the exact on-screen trigger β€” the sentence, email, or blank paragraph β€” that the feeling spiked on.

The mistake that wastes the exercise

Writing verdicts instead of feelings β€” 'lazy,' 'undisciplined,' 'bad at this' are judgments about you, not emotions; the test is whether the word can be located in a body part.

The same exercise, done

Renata, a grant coordinator at a small nonprofit, kept abandoning the same funder report. She ruled a page into three rows and listed her last three quit-by-choice sessions: Monday, 10:15 a.m., the budget table; Wednesday, 3:50 p.m., the outcomes section; Thursday, 9:05 a.m., the budget table again. Replaying Monday's final 60 seconds, Renata saw the cell she had been staring at β€” a column that refused to balance β€” and wrote her one word: dread. Body location: sunken stomach.

First escape move: opened her inbox 'to check one thing.' Wednesday's replay surprised her: different section, same word, dread, same sunken stomach, escape to the break room for coffee. Thursday's word was shame, body location hot face, escape to her phone. She circled 'dread' and 'sunken stomach,' each in two rows β€” that repeat, the steps say, is her primary quitting trigger, set off both times by the unbalanced column. Before the exercise, her notebook for that week showed 5 abandoned sessions (illustrative).

Over the next two weeks, with the page pinned above her desk, she caught the stomach-sink inside the final minute 4 times (illustrative) and stayed seated through 3 of them (illustrative). The column still needs fixing; what changed is that its feeling now has a name and an address.

Renata is a composite written for the module. She is not a real person and not a buyer, no one has said any of this about the kit, and every count in her account is labelled illustrative in the PDF and reprinted that way here.

What you do in the first 15 minutes

The quick-start file is 4 steps. All 4 are printed here, so you can decide whether you would actually do them before you pay for the other 73 pages.

  • Step 1

Open the self-assessment and tick every statement that sounds like you, then circle your top three triggers (about 5 minutes).

  • Step 2

Write three lines in a notebook: what you avoided today, the feeling underneath it, and what you did instead (about 3 minutes).

  • Step 3

Run the emotional reset once: slow breathing for two minutes, write the looping thought word-for-word, write one counter-sentence (about 4 minutes).

  • Step 4

Open the task you have avoided longest, set a timer, and complete only its first two-minute step before the timer rings (about 3 minutes).

The risk sits on my side

You have 60 days. If you work through the first exercise and it is not what you needed, ClickBank refunds you directly under their standard policy. You do not need my approval, you do not owe me a reason, and you keep the files.

That is longer than it takes to read everything on this page, which is the point: decide after you have used it, not before. Refund requests go to ClickBank because ClickBank took the payment, and your receipt email is the fastest way to find the order.

Questions people ask before buying

Is this a course, a subscription or software?

None of the three. It is a one-time $39 download: five PDFs and one spreadsheet workbook. There is nothing to log in to, nothing to install, and no second charge ever.

How is it delivered, and what if the download fails?

ClickBank takes the payment and emails a receipt; the receipt links to the download page, which holds every file individually and as one ZIP. If a file will not open, email the support address at the bottom of this page and I will send it directly.

What appears on my card statement?

A charge in ClickBank's name, not mine, because ClickBank is the retailer of record. Your receipt email and the download page both print the exact descriptor to look for, so you can match it to the line on your statement.

What if it is not what I expected?

You have 60 days. ClickBank refunds you directly under their standard policy: you do not need my approval, you do not owe me a reason, and you keep the files. The refund request goes to ClickBank, not to me, because they took the payment.

Will this fix my focus?

No page can honestly promise that and this one does not. What the kit does is give you a named, physical, repeatable event to work on – the tightening at 2:40, not the self-criticism at 3:15 – and a written exercise for each of the 14 situations where that event usually wins.

I have already read a lot about focus. Is this different?

The claim here is narrow and testable: a feeling spikes in roughly the 60 seconds before you quit, and quitting is how you make it stop. Module 1 has you check that against your own last three sessions and throw it out if it does not hold. That test costs you 15 minutes and you can run it the day you buy.

How long does it take before I have done something?

The quick-start file is four steps and about 15 minutes end to end. It is printed in full further up this page, so you can decide whether you would actually do it before you pay for the rest.

Who wrote it, and can I talk to a person?

Jeremy Jarvis wrote it, and product questions come to me at intreadysupport@mindclarityhub.com or through the support page linked at the bottom. Billing, receipts and refunds are ClickBank's, not mine.
