Your credit card statement will show a charge from CLKBANK*FOCUSFIX KIT. That charge is your FocusFix order, sold through ClickBank at $39.
Everything a buyer might need is on this one page: where the files are, what the charge on your statement means, how refunds work, how to reach a person, and the fix for every problem we have seen.
Where your files are
Your files are on the secure downloads page: https://mindclarityhub.com/focusfix-emotional-clarity-kit-distraction-downloads/. The link in your ClickBank receipt email takes you back there at any time. Download once and keep a copy; there is no subscription and nothing expires.

7 files, 303 KB in total. PDFs open in any PDF reader; the XLSX opens in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Numbers or Google Sheets.
The charge on your statement
ClickBank is the retailer, so the charge is made by ClickBank, not by MindClarity Hub. It appears as CLKBANK*FOCUSFIX KIT. If you do not recognise a ClickBank charge, look the order up at clkbank.com before contacting your bank: it shows every ClickBank order made with your email address or card.
Refunds
ClickBank gives you 60 days from the purchase date. Ask at clkbank.com (or support.clickbank.com) with your order number. No approval from us is needed, no reason is required, and refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you would rather keep the kit and get a problem fixed, email us first: most file problems take one reply to solve.
Contact a person
Email intreadysupport@mindclarityhub.com. Include your ClickBank order number (it starts with a letter and is on your receipt) and, for file problems, the file name. Never send full card details by email; nobody at MindClarity Hub or ClickBank will ask for them. We aim to reply within one business day.
If something is wrong
My download page shows no files
Open your ClickBank receipt email and click the link in it; it returns you to https://mindclarityhub.com/focusfix-emotional-clarity-kit-distraction-downloads/ with your order attached. If the page loads but shows no download cards, email us with your order number and we will send the files by reply.
The ZIP will not open
Save it to your device first, then open it: on Windows right-click and choose Extract All; on a Mac double-click it; on a phone use the Files app. A ZIP opened directly from the browser download bar sometimes shows as empty.
A PDF is blank or shows odd characters
Open it in a dedicated reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on a Mac, or the Files app on a phone) rather than a browser tab. If a page still renders wrongly, tell us the file name and page number and we will send a re-exported copy.
The spreadsheet (XLSX) has no formulas or dropdowns
Open it in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Numbers or Google Sheets (File, Import). Preview panes and some phone viewers show values only. The workbook's formulas recalculate once it is open in a spreadsheet program.
I never received a receipt
Search your mailbox for "ClickBank" and check the spam folder. Then look the order up at clkbank.com with the email address and last 4 card digits you used. If the order is not there, the payment did not complete and you were not charged.
A link on this site is broken
Email intreadysupport@mindclarityhub.com with the page address and what you clicked. We treat a broken link as a defect and fix it as soon as we read the message.
I want a refund
You have 60 days from purchase. Request it directly from ClickBank at clkbank.com with your order number; you do not need our approval and you do not owe us a reason. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
Accessibility
The PDFs are text, not scanned images, so screen readers, text-to-speech and reflow work; enlarge to 200% in your reader without loss. The self-assessment on this site works with a keyboard alone (Tab to move, Space to tick, Enter to score) and announces results to assistive technology. If any file or page is hard for you to use, email intreadysupport@mindclarityhub.com and we will send the content in a format that works for you, for example large-print PDF or plain text.
