FocusFix help: Self-Assessment

Self-assessment – about 5 minutes

Identify your focus kryptonite

This quiz identifies the emotional triggers that block your focus by measuring six common 'kryptonite' families over the last 14 days. Self-image often distorts the truth – what you think is the problem may not be the real one. This quiz uses evidence, not assumptions, to help you see what's actually pulling you off track.

Tick every statement that was true for you in the last 14 days. Go fast – use your first reaction. If it also happened in the last 7 days, mark it with a 7. These will count double in the scoring. Nothing you tick leaves this page; the score is worked out in your browser.
Failure Fear

Avoiding starting or continuing a task because of fear of not doing it right.

Perfection Pressure

Overworking or delaying a task because it has to be perfect.

Judgment Exposure

Avoiding tasks or delaying them because you're afraid of being judged.

Overwhelm Fog

Getting stuck in indecision or inaction because the task feels too big or unclear.

Boredom Drift

Losing focus or switching tasks because the work feels dull or unexciting.

Resentment Lock

Avoiding or delaying tasks because you don't want to do them and feel resentful.

Your ranking

2 points for every tick that happened in the last 7 days, 1 point for every other tick. If two families tie at the top, keep both and work on them in the order you listed them.

Write your kryptonite sentence

Write your top three kryptonite sentences: 'When X, I feel Y, so I do Z instead.' Post these where you work. For the next 3 days, when you catch yourself drifting, tag the moment with one of your family names within 30 seconds – no apps, no tools, just a word in the margin.

If you want the worked version: FocusFix, $39

Everything above is free and it is the whole diagnostic – 24 statements, six kryptonite families, your ranking, and the first technique for whichever family came top. Plenty of people never need more than that, and these pages stay free and complete either way.

FocusFix is the paid kit that works all six families instead of only your top one: 14 modules, a 30-day tracker, an action workbook and four bonus guides. It is $39, one payment, sold through ClickBank. ClickBank operates a 60-day refund window on it, so if it is not what you needed you ask ClickBank inside 60 days and they return the $39. No result is promised here – what the kit is worth to you depends on which of the exercises you actually run.
