6. Prepared for difficult background questions

1 = You don't know how to handle gaps or weaknesses in your background. · 3 = You have some strategies but can't frame them positively. · 5 = You can confidently explain your background and turn weaknesses into strengths.

7. Ready for video or recorded interview

1 = You haven't practiced with video or recording. · 3 = You can do a video interview but get nervous and forget your points. · 5 = You can do a video or recorded interview confidently and consistently.

8. Has practiced with follow-ups

1 = You haven't considered follow-up actions after an interview. · 3 = You know to send a thank-you but can't personalize it. · 5 = You can send a tailored follow-up within 24 hours with a clear next step.

9. Has questions for the employer

1 = You can't think of any meaningful questions to ask. · 3 = You have 1-2 generic questions like "What's the culture like?" · 5 = You have 3-5 thoughtful, role-specific questions ready to ask.

10. Has compensation and decision plan

1 = You don't know what you want in terms of salary or timeline. · 3 = You have a rough idea but can't explain your reasoning. · 5 = You can clearly state your compensation expectations and decision timeline.
